Love this Tea!!!!!

I love this tea and am so glad it is so easy to reorder. I only live 60 miles from the Canadian border and almost had decided to run up and get some. So , glad I could order in the USA and avoid the stupid tariffs. I will be reordering closer to Christmas for Christmas presents for my tea-loving friends,

Stellar Customer Service and Great Tea!

I had ordered the organic Earl Grey as a gift for a colleague. I received the creamy Earl Grey instead. Allan from customer service was amazing! He quickly rectified the situation with a replacement order received in days. Not one but two boxes arrived.. Tremendous service. Thank you Allan and thank you Fairmont.
