Supposed to be medium firmness. Then what is soft? My head sinks tight to the bottom of the pillow. Not comfortable at all!

Perfect for CPAP

Plenty of gel support for your head plus down cushion that compresses for a mask. Pillow is very comfortable and supportive in general.
