Black Tea

Black teas are known as fully oxidized or fermented teas. Their black like color is the result of being exposed to oxygen before being dried. When we think of an old fashioned British cuppa, we think black tea. The best of these are known for their rich malty depths, balanced astringency, brisk character and coppery color. They take milk and sugar well and are traditionally enjoyed in the morning. Black teas are known to have moderate antioxidant levels, and typically have more caffeine than other tea varieties.

Green Tea

Green tea is either steamed or pan-fried to halt the oxidization process before drying. When we think of Chinese or Japanese teas, green tea is what we’re most likely envisioning. These are almost always served as-is, with no milk or sugar. Green teas are known to be high in antioxidants, and usually have less caffeine than their black counterparts.

How do I start a subscription?

When you go to your favorite flavor tea page you have the option to choose “Buy Once” or “Subscribe & Save”. You will pick Subscribe & Save. When you checkout you will receive a link for your account. Once you login to your account you can change the flavors and frequency that you are receiving your tea.

How do I cancel my subscription?

When you login to your account you will have the option to pause or cancel your subscription.

How will I be charged?

The day of the month of your original order will trigger the next scheduled shipment on the same day of the next month you are to receive the shipment. Should there be an issue with the payment method you have on file you will be notified via email to update your payment information before the shipment will be sent.

Can I add or change a flavor?

When you log in to your account you can add, delete, swap any flavor that you want to. You can go from tea bags to loose leaf as you have full control of what you want to purchase from our tea subscription program.
