Easy purchase

I bought this as a gift for someone that has a tea pot and two cups. The process online was easy, made easier by having an American shopping sight for the Canadian products. Product arrived well protected, intact and on time. I had sent an email to make an addition if possible to the purchase of a tea that wasn't available online. They were unable to send that particular tea but I received a prompt response which was helpful.
